OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES:

1. CONTEST ENTRY DATES. Drivers Ed Direct's "The Great Referral Race" Contest (the "Contest") begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on January 10, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on March 31, 2011 (the "Contest" Period).
2. CONTEST ELIGIBILITY. The contest is open to registered Drivers Ed Direct Brand Ambassadors from the state of California.
3. PRIZES. Prizes shall be awarded to as described above. Each contestant can only win ONE (1) prize. Prizes are awarded in addition to the regular payment/prizes already guaranteed in the original Brand Ambassador agreement.
4. REFERALLS. All qualifying referrals that count towards winning prizes must be PAID referrals.
5. WINNERS: Winners will be chosen based on PAID referral units earned. 1 PAID referral = 1 unit. In the event of a tie for the Grand Prize or the Runner Up Prize, the prize amount shall be split equally and awarded as cash. Winners will be chosen and notified by April 7, 2011. After winners select their desired prize, please allow 2-4 weeks for prize delivery.
6. REFERRAL CREDIT: Entrants gain a PAID referral credit when another party enters the entrants Brand Ambassador Promotion Code at time of registration for a qualified Drivers Ed Direct product or service and then PAYS for the said product or service within the "Contest" entry dates.
7. PROMOTION CODE USE: Brand Ambassador Promotion Codes can be distributed by word of mouth, on printed material, and on social media sites such as Facebook, MySpace, and Twitter. PROMOTION CODES CANNOT BE POSTED ON COUPON SITES OR OTHER SIMILAR BARGAIN SITES. Any entrant's Promotion Code found on a coupon site will be immediately discontinued and that entrant will be disqualified from the "Contest".
8. MISCELLANEOUS: By participating in the Contest, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions or interpretation of Drivers Ed Direct regarding the Official Rules, which are final and legally binding in all respects. Non-compliance with these Official Rules shall result in disqualification from the Contest. An individual is not a winner until he/she has fully complied with these Official Rules. Entrants hereby waive any right to claim ambiguity in these Official Rules.
