Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor's contact information (like their email address) and financial information (like their account or credit card numbers). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders and information about our company to our customers. The customer's contact information is also used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services.

We use an outside shipping company to ship orders and certificates, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

Furthermore, an email is sent to confirm your successful completion of our course and when your certificate has been processed. In addition, Drivers Ed Direct may send a feedback survey so that students can provide us with information on their course experience after course completion.

Established members will occasionally receive information on new law changes, maintenance tips, course discount offers, products, services, special offers, and a newsletter.
